1. You must have a confirmed appointment to see the Doctor. Appointments are made in advance of the Doctor visit
· If you do not have a confirmed appointment you will not be seen
· Your family member coming with you will not be seen
2. No “Walk-In” service to see the Doctor will be provided
3. Residents with sudden unexpected illness, with chest pain, shortness of breath or injury will be assessed by the Nurse before the doctor
No Exceptions
4. Please be mindful and respectful of others who have scheduled appointments and of the Doctor’s time needed to take care of each person seen. The Doctor must also update the medical file, make referral phone calls, retrieve lab results, speak with pharmacy and have a lunch break.

This year’s ceremony will be held at the CCS gym on February 12, 2014 at 11:30am (meet and greet), catered lunch, and ceremony to follow. This year we will be honoring 6 elders and 31 children.
