2014/15 Hemlock Passes for Sts'ailes Members

Thanks to the Berezan Group and Sts'ailes Rights & Title, negotiations have resulted in a contribution of 2014/15 Hemlock Resort Season Passes and Day Lift Tickets for Sts'ailes members.

Eligibility: -Submit Application -Committee will review each application -Once approved, applicants will receive their pass

It’s that time of season and on behalf of the Sts’ailes fire department we would like to remind all the families on smoke detector battery checks and chimney sweeps.  Snow may be coming soon so ideal to get up on your roof to do a chimney cleaning while its relatively mild out J 

 

Please take care of our elders who need assistance in this area of home maintenance.

                        All efforts and attempts shall be made to return all non target                         species including steelhead and sturgeon to the water alive and                unharmed.     Steelhead and Sturgeon must not be retained.

 

River:              Fraser River

 

Area:               From Sumas River to Harrison River (Subarea 6); Harrison River to                  Agassiz Bridge (Subarea 7)

 

 

Dates and Times

 

Set Nets :  Maximum 100 ft length and 60 meshes deep

 

1.      4 pm, Friday, November 7, 2014 to 4 pm Sunday, November 9, 2014

 

Drift Nets:  Maximum 300 ft length and 60 meshes deep

 

1.      8 am to 4 pm, Saturday, November 8, 2014

2.      8 am to 4 pm, Sunday, November 9, 2014

 

 

Net Restriction:  Minimum mesh size of 6 ¼” hung 3:1 ratio
